We are currently looking for an experienced Payment Collection Incharge to lead our payment collection team. As the Payment Collection Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing payment collection activities, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining efficient coordination with parties for payment follow-ups. This pivotal role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with our collection boys and other stakeholders.

**Key Points**:

- Position: Payment Collection Incharge
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in payment collection
- Location: Surat, Gujarat
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate payment collection activities.
- Follow up with parties to ensure prompt payments.
- Provide instructions to collection boys for payment collection.
- Prepare debit notes and credit notes as required during the payment collection process.
- Utilize Excel/Tally software for efficient data management.
- Ensure compliance with payment collection procedures and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payment collection.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in using Excel/Tally for data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of collection boys.
- Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring timely collections.
- Previous experience in a payment collection head position will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
