Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for maintenance and security of the office.
- Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (AC/ducts, plumbing, RO, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- To look after regular servicing and maintenance of all installations in the office premises.
- Inspect office structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors (housekeepers, pest controller etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises at all times.
- Control activities like, waste disposal, office security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs.
- Handle AMC/Renewals of the installed facilities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with service provider &keep maintenance records.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as facilities officer or relevant position.
- Graduate or Post graduate in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
