**Job Role:

- **Trainee Associate

**Night shift will be there.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Understanding**: Understanding client requirements and delivering results within the expected time frame and quality standards.
- **Reporting**: Sharing relevant reports with clients, team lead, and manager.
- **Performance Feedback**: Collecting timely feedback from clients to assess and improve service quality.
- **Issue Resolution**: Promptly addressing and resolving any escalated concerns.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyzing data and taking appropriate actions to achieve desired goals.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with a good academic track record.
- **Additional Qualification**: Master's degree holders may also be considered, but it doesn't mention any additional weightage.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
