**About the role**:
Your objective will be to satisfy the clients by delivering prompt and quality service. Your job may involve internet-based searching, recruitment assistance, marketing activities, database maintenance, lead mining and executive assistance.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Understand client’s requirement and deliver the output in desired time, with expected quality of work
- Share desired reports with clients, team lead and manager
- Collect timely performance feedback from the client
- Promptly acts and close every escalated concern
- Analyze data and respond accordingly to achieve desired goals

**Essential qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with good academic track record
- Master degree holders may also be considered but without any extra weightage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
