**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, GC, and senior consultants.
- Onboard senior consultants to the bench, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, training vendors, and referral partners to attract OPT talent.
- Conduct resume screening, pre-interviews, and evaluations for technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **3 - 5 years of experience in US recruitment**with a strong focus on **OPT hiring**.
- In-depth knowledge of US immigration policies, work authorizations, and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university networks.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
