Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including meeting rooms, kitchen.
- Run errands such as collecting/delivering documents, office supplies, etc.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Replenish office supplies and inform administration when stock is low.
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks as requested.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and properly arranged before and after use.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and polite.
- Physically fit and able to carry light loads.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
