**Teaching and Training**:

- Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and training modules in alignment with industry standards.

- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to enhance student knowledge and skills.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional growth, including mock interviews and career readiness.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students for continuous improvement.
- **Curriculum and Program Development**:

- Contribute to the development and revision of the aviation curriculum to align with evolving industry trends.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to provide additional industry insights.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate student attendance, academic records, and reports.
- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other faculty members for smooth academic operations.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the aviation industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to ensure relevance in teaching.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and reviews by maintaining proper documentation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [Insert years] years of professional experience in aviation or teaching. Prior experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
- **Certifications**: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., IATA, DGCA, etc.) are preferred.
