- Should have a minimum of 3+years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of the W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
- Proficient in using US Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, social networking sites.
- Good Understanding of IT Terms and Technologies.
- Must be willing to work in US Day hours (night shifts).
- Must be experienced in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting.
- Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients.
- Good in quality submissions and salary negotiations.
- Should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements
