**JOB DESCRIPTION -**

To process the Customer request as per given situation

To monitor the online website / master source of data or customized data feeds for enabling action on customer request

To timely process data in respective departments following proper guidelines and escalation matrix

Knowledge of Equity, Capital Markets, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Mortgage, Loans and all other money market instruments.

Financial Knowledge on Company Acquisition, Merger, Amalgamation, Stock Split, various global stock markets and their price indicators

Good analytical skills to intelligently handle tricky scenarios promptly

24 X7 shift based compatibility and weekend working availability.

5Days - 8 Hours Shift (Rotational Shift)

A minimum of one year prior work experience in a corporate environment in any domain

A Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Commerce or Arts (Honours) in Economics shall be preferred

Should be well conversant in English language (Read, Write & Speak)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
