Female Assistant Teacher who assists the children in doing the worksheets. Helps in marking the worksheets. Instructs the child how to self learn the sheets. On going training will be given.

Potential Roles and Responsibilities: Under general supervision from the instructor, the individual may be expected to perform the following roles and/or tasks the instructor may deem as necessary to center operations: Accurately and quickly grading completed worksheets, recording results, and ensuring that Kumon students adhere to the Kumon class routine. Helping students without giving away answers. Assisting the instructor. Assisting with center operations as the instructor deems necessary. Ensuring the instructor is aware of necessary information regarding student performance. Qualifications and Skills Positive attitude and a passion for working with youth Patient, calm demeanor and the ability to motivate Fundamental understanding of High School mathematics a plus Ability to read and speak the English language clearly Willingness to follow the Kumon method

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Chennai - 600034, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
