**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the control panel or electrical industry.

- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of sheet metal design, thermal management, and enclosure manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with electrical control panel layouts and component placement.
