Gm - Die Casting

**Job Summary**
We are a 36 year old Gravity Die Casting company located in Bangalore.

We are starting a new factory for GDC and PDC in Narsapur Industrial Area, Kolar.

We have an opening for a hands on General Manager to manage all Business Development, Production activities in the company. Also will responsible the green field project to build a new modern die casting plant.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Die Casting expert in GDC and PDC
- Green field experience to set up a factory
- Business Development - responsible for growth of the company
- Lean manufacturing
- Cost control
- Improved productivity and OEE
- Modernization of the plant, IOT experience
- Updated training facilities
- IATF

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Min 20 years experience in Die Casting
- Min 3 years experience in running Operations of the company
- Diploma/ Graduate degree
- Good communication and English and Hindi skills must
- Knowledge of special processes like Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting
- Must have excellent 5S skills
