**Full Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- **
Understand the company’s services and product offerings.
1. Prior experience in End to End Sales, Solution Selling, websites, Hardware, Software & Applications is a must.
2. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
3. Create a sales pipeline.
4. Cold calling, making multiple out bound calls to understand prospective business needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects.
5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospects.
6. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
7. Respond to inbound leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.
8. Presenting and delivering information of prospects to manager.
10. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
11. closing sales and working with prospects through the closing.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
**Requirements**:
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with clients.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
- Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Decision-making skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
