**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality Marathi content for speeches, press releases, social media posts, campaign material, and political advertisements.
- Translate political ideas and strategies into simple, engaging, and culturally relevant messages.
- Work closely with political strategists, social media teams, and design teams to maintain consistency in messaging.
- Write scripts for video content, voiceovers, and campaign jingles.
- Ensure all content is factually accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with the party’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor current affairs, public sentiment, and opposition narratives to craft timely and relevant responses.
- Conduct research on local and regional issues to support content creation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent command of written Marathi (grammar, vocabulary, tone)
- Strong grasp of Maharashtra’s political environment, history, and key issues
- Prior experience in political writing, journalism, campaign strategy, or content creation
- Ability to write for different formats—short-form social posts, long-form articles, and speeches
- Strong storytelling, persuasive writing, and slogan creation skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and dynamic political schedules
- Basic understanding of digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, Literature, or related fields
- Experience working with a political party, public figure, or election campaign
- Bilingual (Marathi + Hindi or English) writing skills are a plus

Pay: ₹9,756.09 - ₹31,816.46 per month
