**Job Title: Marathi Copywriter**
**Location: FC Road, Pune**
**Work Type: On-site (Work from Location)**
**Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM - 6 PM**

Marrquee Red is a creative and strategy-driven marketing agency that believes in the power of compelling storytelling. We are looking for a talented **Marathi Copywriter** who can craft impactful and engaging content across various media, resonate with diverse audiences, and bring fresh ideas to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging and persuasive copy in **Marathi** for both offline (ATL) and online (digital) platforms.
- Write in both **formal and casual** tones, depending on the project and audience.
- Conceptualize and create content for advertising campaigns, branding materials, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and clients to develop creative solutions.
- Manage social media profiles, including audience engagement and response handling.
- Adapt writing style to different industries, audiences, and brand tones.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and strategic insights.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful content.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a **strong command of Marathi**, with **exceptional grammar skills** and the ability to write fluently in both **formal and conversational styles**.
- **3-4 years of prior experience** in Marathi copywriting, preferably in an agency or marketing setup.
- Must be a **creative thinker** with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Strong experience in **both ATL (print, TV, outdoor, radio) and digital content writing**.
- Ability to **think on their feet** and come up with compelling messaging under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and **client interaction skills**.
- Proficiency in managing and operating social media platforms, along with handling audience responses.
- Comfortable with **daily commuting** to FC Road, Pune, and occasional travel for meetings when required.
