**Position Overview**:Apna Chai Wala Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually captivating designs that reflect our traditional-themed cafes and resonate with our brand's identity. Your creativity and design skills will contribute to enhancing our marketing materials, online presence, and overall brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and eye-catching designs for various marketing collateral, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, menus, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy.
- Maintain and update our digital platforms, including our website and social media profiles, with visually appealing content that engages our audience.
- Create and edit images and videos for online marketing efforts, ensuring consistent branding and message across all channels.
- Assist in photography and videography for promotional content as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
- Work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
- Passion for traditional and cultural aesthetics is highly desirable.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
