**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory (Ujjain & nearby areas).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and display in retail outlets.
- Execute market development activities, promotions, and schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and share timely market feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience (Tea/Detergent experience will be a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Should be familiar with the Ujjain market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
