**Company profile**: Zenith Group of Companies is around 22 years old company, which is running dance academies by the name of **Zenith Dance Institute Pvt. Ltd**, dance troupe by the name of **Zenith Dance Troupe** and apparel manufacturing by the name of **ZAI Fashion**.

Zenith Dance institute is India’s one of the best Dance Academy, founded by Mr. Sooraj Katoch and Mrs. Ritu Kapoor they believe in celebrating life with joy and passion. Zenith Dance Company is recognized internationally for choreography and artistic performancesand from last 22 years into the world of entertainment and performing arts. We do have presence in **Mayur Vihar** (East Delhi).

Zenith has performed at various corporate, public and private events in national and international locations. Known for its unparalleled performances and diverse array of dance offerings, Zenith has been a part of many international events in Dubai, Bangkok, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, to name a few.

**(Preferably looking for the sales experience in Events or MICE Sales)**

**Position**:Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Location**:Mayur Vihar Ph-1, East Delhi

**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing and brand awareness.
- Studying competitor’s behavior and strategies
- Designing marketing collateral's, Direct marketing.
- Cold calling or calling on the auto generated leads, generating sales leads, following up with them and converting them into sales.
- Generating sales leads through various marketing initiatives.
- Generating Sales: Direct and Indirect mode.
- Agile with the new trends in the market for generating leads through digital modes.
- Achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Increasing business opportunities in the field of operations.
- Reporting sales activities to the manager.
- Acquiring new clients and making good relationship and generating business from existing clients.
- Increasing business opportunities.
- Expanding customer base by meeting, convincing clients on a constant basis.
- Preparing, maintaining, updating and send daily sales reports.
- Should be a strong in sales follow-Ups & post sales feedback.
- Preparing E-mailers and Power point Presentation.

**Skills and Attributes required**:

- Self-motivated and result oriented person with self-driven approach.
- Passionate about sales.
- Presentable with good writing and good communication skills
- English and Hindi.
- Open to go and meet the people to mature and close the sales.
- Excellent with Word/ Excel and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
