**Diagnosing Hardware and Software Issues**: Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software problems in laptops, such as malfunctioning components, software conflicts, or operating system errors.
- **Performing Repairs and Upgrades**: Repairing or replacing faulty hardware components such as hard drives, memory modules, motherboards, screens, keyboards, and power supplies. They may also upgrade hardware components to improve performance.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**: Performing data backups and implementing data recovery procedures to protect and recover important information for clients.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conducting tests and quality checks to ensure that repaired laptops meet performance standards and are free from defects.
- **Providing Technical Support**: Assisting customers or end-users with technical issues, providing guidance on software usage, and troubleshooting problems remotely or on-site.
- **Maintaining Records and Documentation**: Keeping detailed records of repairs, upgrades, and customer interactions. Documenting procedures and solutions for future reference.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided.

**Salary**: ₹8,159.15 - ₹18,000.00 per month
