IT Administrator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Networking Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard.
- Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding. Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
- History of working in an Active Directory domain environment. Proficient in software installs and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Working Experience on IPSec, AWS, VPN, SSL, URL filtering, Application control, Gateway, Antivirus, and IPS.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support, Desktop Support, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role Manages Windows Servers.
- Manage Linux Server Network Security with various Monitoring Systems. Disaster Recovery Plans/ Maintains Backups of Servers and Files.
- Biometric Installation and Configuration for Attendance Reports Software and Hardware maintenance.
- Maintains Professional IT Standard Procedures.
- Experience in ERP software Knowledge SAP B1 is a must

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
