**About the job**

**Roles and responsibilities:

- **
- Developing and maintaining Service Department reports to track performance and provide insights to the respective team and management.
- Developing and implementing sales and retention strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, service teams, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of data accuracy with the overall business objectives.
- Managing all relevant enablement tools and technology, such as CRM systems, sales/service training programs; sales and relevant analytics tools.
- Conducting market research to identify new tools and developments related to data excellence trends.
- Data entry, updating, cleansing, formulation, and processing of accurate data on a daily basis.
- Deriving insights from the retention and service team reports and dashboards to enable them to do the business and serve the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use Information Systems to gather and analyze data.
- Experience in creating and preparing MIS reports and Dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for maintaining communication channels between department leaders.
- Experience in managing a Management Information System (MIS).
- Bachelor's degree in business and marketing or a related field.
- **Should be well-versed in Google Sheets,** Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint - High Priority
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify insights
- Proven experience in sales / Service Data operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technology.
- Knowledge of sales/ retention processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting with inference and insights

**Points to be noted**:

- Working hours: 8 hours, Monday to Saturday
- Job Mode: Onsite, Thudiyalur.Coimbatore
- Language: multilingual (English, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi ).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
