Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Specialty Industrial Lubricants in the assigned territory. Responsible for achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets for sales, margins. Selection, appointment and management of appropriate channel partners for sales. Effectively utilizes CRM to manage and track leads. Proactively generate leads by meeting new clients, driving the entiresales cycle with the goal of revenue growth. Develops the business thru networking events and have a “can do” attitude. Provide trainings and share know-how with customers and channel partners to ensure that the full potential andadvantages of products and process solutions are being materialized. Receivables Management. Accurate demand forecasting. Ensure “on time response” related to commercial, quality, and technical issues of the customers. Undertake and maintain updated market surveys, analysis and market intelligence, monitor competitor activities. Obtain and maintain approvals of Customer for Company products. Participate in Seminars, exhibitions and local trade meetings.Industry:Must be from Industrial Lubricant Industry working with Channel & Direct Sales of below: Industrial Lubricants Rust Preventives/Metal Working Fluids/Wire Drawing Grinding Wheels Cutting oil Cutting ToolsKey Skills: Industry Domain Knowledge Negotiation Skills Coordination Skills Budgeting & Pricing Analytical Communication Skills Organizing & Planning

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
