It is a Section 8 Not-For-Profit company and is a recognized training partner for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The Medhavi Foundation is empanelled with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as a Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) and Basic Training Provider for the promotion of apprenticeship training under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer - Field Technician at Medhavi Skills University located in Bihar (Jamui and Patna). The Field Technician Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical skills training, conducting on-the-job apprenticeships, and providing hands-on technical support to students. The role involves facilitating field-related training sessions, assessing student performance, and collaborating with industry partners to enhance the training program.

**Qualifications**
- Technical training skills, hands-on field experience, and proficiency in conducting practical training sessions
- Knowledge of the latest industry practices, tools, and technologies related to the field
- Experience in apprenticeship programs, on-the-job training, and internship coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, industry partners, and colleagues effectively
- Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a passion for skill development and education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technology, Vocational Training)

- At least 2 years in Field Technician Industry**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
