**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.

2. Generate leads, follow up on existing leads.

3. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time: [8 hours, 6 days a week]
- Part-time: [4 hours a day, flexible schedule]

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong sales and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

5. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
