**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra Nykaa etc.
- Manage daily operations for E-Commerce including Updating Product Catalogue.
- Co-ordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
- Should be expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, and Variations) and other processing.
- Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility at different websites.
- Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
- In the need market, combo and discount strategy is to be designed for getting maximum sales.
- Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
- Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods.
- Monitor changes in product sales by suing web analytics and excel spreadsheet (pivot table, vlookup, etc.) to stay organized.
- Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.
- Maintain marketing calendar and manage pricing/coupons/deals accordingly.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Knowledge of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify, Elementor), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 3 years (preferred)
