Resolution Expert

**Answering the technical calls and providing impeccable and satisfactory services to customers.**
- **Ensuring the best services to our existing customers and making sure existing customer’s issues get resolved on priority and with the satisfaction of the customer.**
- **Helping the agent to solve the concerns of the customers. In case of a complicated issue, intervene and take the ownership of the fixation.**
- **Coordinate with other resolvers and take or do help in case of complicated issues.**
- **Provide leadership and assistance to less experienced technicians. Train and mentor them as and when required.**
- **Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of divisional management**
- **Achieve the monthly set targets.**
- **Need to maintain required attendance to be eligible for monthly incentives.**
- **If agents request help you must help him/her on a real-time basis.**
- **Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback.**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
