We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Photo Digitization Operator to join our team. As a Photo Digitization Operator, you will be responsible for converting physical photographs and other visual materials into digital formats using specialized equipment and software. This role requires precision, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for quality to ensure accurate preservation and reproduction of images.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Operate photo scanning equipment and software to digitize physical photographs, negatives, slides, and other visual materials.

2) Ensure proper handling and care of delicate and valuable photographs during the digitization process.

3) Adjust scanning settings such as resolution, color balance, and cropping to achieve optimal image quality.

4) Inspect digitized images for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, making necessary adjustments as needed.

5) Organize and maintain digital image files according to established protocols, including file naming, tagging, and metadata entry.

6) Collaborate with team members to prioritize digitization tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

7) Troubleshoot technical issues with scanning equipment and software, and perform routine maintenance as required.

8) Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive or confidential materials.

9) Provide assistance and support to colleagues and clients regarding digital image retrieval, sharing, and archival processes.

**Qualifications**:
1) High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in photography, imaging technology, or a related field is preferred.

2) Proven experience operating photo scanning equipment and software, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other image editing tools.

3) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity to handle delicate materials with care.

4) Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5) Solid understanding of file formats, resolution, color profiles, and other technical aspects of digital imaging.

6) Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7) Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
