The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing initial client interactions, handling inquiries across multiple platforms, and ensuring timely follow-ups and CRM updates. This role includes coordinating with the client handling team, re-engaging old inquiries, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining an organized client database.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Initial/Welcome Calls:

- Make initial or welcome calls to new inquiries received through various channels.

2. Direct Inquiry Management:
3. Gmail & WhatsApp Management:

- Manage and monitor client communications through Gmail and WhatsApp, responding to inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.

4. CRM Entry & Client Assignment:

- Register new inquiries in the CRM system with a unique ID for each customer. o Assign clients to the appropriate client coordinator for follow-up.

5. Old Inquiry Follow-ups:

- Re-initiate and make reminder calls to old inquiries, encouraging reengagement with potential clients.

6. Vendor Management & Coordination:

- Coordinate with vendors for event updates, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates for ongoing projects.

7. New Vendor Data Management:

- Manage data for new vendor tie-ups, ensuring proper records are maintained and updated.

8. Event Lab Inquiries & Plans:

- Handle inquiries related to The Event Lab, including planning and coordination for events.

9. CRM Monitoring & Follow-up:

- Ensure client coordinators initiate conversations with clients within the given TAT (60 minutes) for inquiries.
- Handle follow-up calls for inquiries when the CH team or client coordinator misses calls or messages, and update this information in the CRM.

10. Client Database Management:

- Maintain and update the client database, categorizing clients for easier tracking and efficient follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or cold calling role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions.
- Experience with CRM systems and client data management tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- Week Off: Thursday
- Flexibility to handle client inquiries and follow-ups in real-time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
