RR Motorsports Management Pvt. Ltd. is the umbrella company completely focussed on motorsport, driving events & Esports. We have 3 verticals / brands.

Rayo Racing: Acclaimed Academy and India’s most successful International Team. We also execute experiential events for Auto Industry working with brands like Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Lamborghini etc. Recently took over the operations of Polo Cup from Volkswagen Motorsport India.

IndiKarting

India’s Largest and most affordable karting series. Ownership & operations of Motorsport facilities, currently two tracks under the brand name: Ajmera IndiKarting and IndiKarting Ahmedabad.

IR Esports

India’s largest ERacing Organisers.

Properties & projects The Indian ERacing Championship, Volkswagen Virtual Racing Championship, Nations Cup Asia, Mumbai’s fastest Gamer, etc.

We work closely with Mahindra Racing and have executed various projects for them like restoring the racing simulator currently being displayed at their Museum in Mumbai, Setup and running the operations of Mahindra Formula E Car Experience zones at Formula E fan zone and various other locations across India, etc.

Your role will be to oversee marketing for all our verticals / brands

Under these 3 verticals we have the following accounts:

- Rayo Racing
- Polo Cup
- IndiKarting
- Ajmera IndiKarting
- IndiKarting Ahmedabad
- IR Esports
- Couple of other experimental pages

Your team will comprise of the following:
2 social media interns

1 Graphics designer + 1 graphics interns

1 Video editor + 1 video editing intern
- Creating content during our regular track activities
- Coordinating with our graphics team for making creatives
- Answering queries and questions on messages and comments or calls
- Making reels or short videos with the content shot on the track (testimonials or short action videos)
- Guiding and advising Rayo Racing students who are on the yearly coaching program, with their social media
- Helping them create content and figure out the right captions etc.
- Updating information, replying to queries, uploading content
- Running paid ads campaigns & making reports of ROI
- Collaborating with Influencers & other Pages for better growth.

What we are looking for:

- Minimum experience of 2 internships OR 1 year Job experience
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Ability to think independently, work under pressure and take initiative
- Person needs to be up to date with all AI based softwares that can be used to increase efficiency and productivity
- The industry in india is still growing, we don't just want to be better than the others, we want to be world class

**Assignment**:
For our interview process, we want you to evaluate our existing social media accounts for Rayo Racing & IndiKarting.

Our main objectives with our social media activities are the following:
Increase our reach and name recognition

1) Grow our following organically

2) Engage our followers & get them to interact with our accounts

3) Get more customers

With these objectives in mind, we want you to make a report for the following:
1) Find problems and flaws with our current strategy and posts

2) Provide a plan to fix the problems & flaws

3) Provide new ideas which will help us, meet our objectives
