**Company Overview**
Berkshire Realty, a premier real estate firm in New Delhi catering to an exclusive clientele and led by a team of enterprising women, is seeking a dedicated and experienced female Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Secretary to MD Mrs. Jhankar Grover, and contribute to the efficient management of our operations and workforce.
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking instructions from the MD and conveying it to the concerned person.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records, answering phone calls, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with various administrative tasks
- Facilitate effective communication between the owner, management, and blue-collar staff, ensuring all instructions are communicated accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, schedules, and meetings for the office and the owner, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
- Manage and supervise a team of blue-collar workers, assigning them tasks, and ensuring the completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Conduct recruitment and hiring processes as required, ensuring the selection of qualified and reliable workers.
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably from a background in hotel management or with prior working experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational management.
- Btech graduates are also preferred who are looking to switch their field of work.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the team, clients, and management.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks.
- Comfortable working in Work from home mode or hybrid mode
