Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner.
- Input orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy of all items.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer additional assistance as needed.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with company standards.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
