- **Other Duties**:May include tasks like scheduling appointments, managing meeting rooms, and assisting with travel arrangements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Both verbal and written, including active listening.
- **Education**: Any degree / Diploma is must.
- **Experience**:Relevant Experience in front office / reception/ Admin etc.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Proficiency in Office Software**: Including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is often preferred.
- **Professional Demeanor**: Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
