Job Title: Trainer - MySQL, Generative AI, Python, and Power BI

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: 2.5 to 3 LPA

Work Location: On-site at Vtricks Technologies, near Vijayanagar Metro, Bangalore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 6 hours per day.

Weekends: 2 hours per day for weekend batch training.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for MySQL, Generative AI, Python, and Power BI.

Develop course materials, including presentations, case studies, assignments, and projects.

Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.

Offer personalized mentorship and resolve student queries effectively.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the respective technologies.

Prepare students for certifications and job placements by conducting mock interviews and resume-building workshops.

Gather and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training or teaching in the areas of MySQL, Generative AI, Python, and Power BI.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL databases, data visualization, Python programming, and AI/ML frameworks.

Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and dashboard creation.

Knowledge of Generative AI tools and frameworks like OpenAI, GPT models, or similar.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varied skill levels.

Experience in curriculum design and student engagement techniques.

**Preferred Skills**:
Certifications in any of the mentioned technologies (e.g., Power BI, Python).

Experience in online training platforms and tools.

Familiarity with job market requirements and industry trends.

Pay: ₹19,234.63 - ₹48,461.46 per month
