**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote Ovum Hospital's services, including fertility treatments, reproductive health services, and specialized medical units.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
- Create engaging content for Ovum Hospital's website, blog, and social media channels to educate, inform, and engage prospective patients.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with Ovum Hospital's target demographic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and fertility industry developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve Ovum Hospital's online visibility and organic search rankings.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or familiarity with reproductive health and fertility treatments is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,619.91 - ₹35,000.86 per month
