**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Trouble shooting Network and Connection related issues

2. In depth knowledge of Windows Operating System / MS Office

3. Basic Knowledge of ERP/Tally/Quick Book

4. Manage network servers and technology tools

5. Maintaining regular Data Backup

6. Basic knowledge in troubleshooting & servicing of Hardware

7. Data Entry in Tally / Quick Book

8. Should have strong written and verbal communication
