**Position Overview**:
The Secretary to the Director is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and performing a variety of tasks that require discretion, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director.
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen phone calls, redirect inquiries, and provide accurate information or messages when necessary.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and team gatherings.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and other materials required for meetings.
- **Document Management**:

- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as required by the Director.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents, both physical and digital.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- **Travel Management**:

- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure that all travel expenses are documented and reimbursed according to company policies.
- **Task Prioritization**:

- Proactively manage the Director's to-do list and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Anticipate the Director's needs and prepare for upcoming projects, meetings, and events.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, representing the Director and the organization with the highest standards.
- **Miscellaneous Support**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, including personal tasks when required.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or business management preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
- Experience supporting senior-level executives or directors is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹13,337.84 - ₹54,644.34 per month
