**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, registers, and filings as required by law.
- Coordinate and manage Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes drafting, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance guidelines.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Support the incorporation of new entities, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements and advise management accordingly.
- Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to the management team on corporate governance matters.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities assigned by senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Not Mandatory).
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other applicable statutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
