Job Description for the Sales Representative

1. Role Summary

The Sales Representative will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with wedding caterers, event planners, and venues to drive bulk orders for our 4-litre ice cream boxes. They will act as the face of the brand, ensuring that our products become a staple at Indian wedding celebrations.

2. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and connect with wedding caterers, banquet halls, wedding planners, and event management companies.

Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Pitch: Present the unique selling points (USPs) of the 4-litre boxes, including customizable packaging, flavor variety, and wedding-specific designs.

Order Management: Handle inquiries, quotes, and bulk order processing.

Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the wedding catering industry to refine sales strategies.

Event Participation: Represent the brand at wedding expos, fairs, and networking events to generate leads.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from caterers and event planners to improve the product and service.

3. Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in the food or event industry, is a plus.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Networking: Proven ability to network and build relationships in the wedding and events industry.

Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating deals and closing sales.

Creativity: Ability to pitch customized solutions for clients.

Travel: Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.

4. Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.

Commission: Incentives based on bulk orders secured.

Perks: Travel reimbursement, bonuses for exceeding sales targets, and free ice cream samples to share with clients.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
