**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Safety Supervisor. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site, conducting health and safety evaluations, implementing safety protocols, investigating accidents, training staff in safety procedures, and assessing security needs as they relate to safety.

**Eligibility criteria**:
Must have 5+ years of experience in Construction sector.

Should have knowledge in HIRA.

Should be good in communication.

**Qualifications**

Health and Safety experience, with knowledge of current regulations and standards.

Occupational Health experience, with knowledge of work-related health risks and mitigation strategies.

Accident Investigation skills, with experience in analyzing and documenting accidents in the workplace.

Security knowledge, with experience assessing potential threats and developing security protocols.

Safety Training skills, with experience developing and delivering effective safety training programs for personnel.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications in Health and Safety, Security, or related field preferred.
