**Job Title: Safety Officer**

**Location**: Hyderabad, Bhopal, Pithampur, Orissa, Aurangabad

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at our project sites, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Monitor and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into project plans.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Knowledge of fire and industrial safety management.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate for project assignments.

**Salary**: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month + Travel & Accommodation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
