**Requirements**:

- **Educational qualification**:

- Minimum **12th pass**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of on-site supervision in metal fabrication or related industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and process instructions (PI).
- Good knowledge of fabrication techniques, processes, and equipment.
- **Leadership Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to stay on-site for the duration of the project.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations applicable to industrial/fabrication sites.
