Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering and be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and quality.
- Prepare daily reports on site activities and ensure documentation is maintained accurately.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to by the construction team.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize project costs and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or project supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety management systems and practices.
