We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the college or have inquired about admissions.
- Provide detailed information about the college's programs, courses, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective students, address their queries, and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, inquiries, and interactions with prospective students in the online system.
- Identify and assess students' interests, needs, and eligibility for admission based on predetermined criteria.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, events, and counseling sessions for prospective students.
- Achieve individual and team targets for student recruitment and enrollment.
- Stay updated on college programs, admissions policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospective students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
