Provide accurate information on our jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience
- Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients
- Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services
- Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients and creating a positive sales experience
- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
- **Should have minimum 1 years of experience in only jewellery field**.
- Language Known - English / Hindi / Gujarati ( optional)
- Age Group - Below 40 years
- Gender - Male and Female
- Should have Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Jewelry sales: 1 year (required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
