**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic oversight of the product listing process, ensuring alignment with eBay policies and market trends.
- Lead the team to achieve Top Rated eBay status by managing account health, cases, returns, and feedback, demonstrating strong leadership in maintaining high standards.
- Create attractive deals and promotions using optimization methods and budget planning to achieve the best possible results.
- Efficiently manage order processing, handle shipping services, and swiftly address delivery-related concerns.
- Analyzing PPC performance, updating and optimizing according to trends, demand, and competition.
- Regulating prices based on competitors' pricing, and stock availability, with a view to increasing traffic, sales, and profitability.
- Conducting regular competitor research, analyzing eBay sales traffic, and adapting sales strategy to facilitate further growth and brand exposure.
- Producing sales reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams, foster collaboration, and drive success across departments.
- Utilize other tools related to eBay Process, Listing, Order Process, Customer Service, Stock Management system.
