**Job Summary**:
The Software Training Sales Coordinator is responsible for independently generating new student enrollments for software training programs, managing the sales process, and ensuring effective coordination of training sessions. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a background in marketing or sales, capable of building relationships with potential students, and coordinating comprehensive training solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Enrollment Generation**:
- Proactively identify and generate new student enrollments for software training programs through targeted marketing, outreach efforts, and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students, including digital marketing, outreach campaigns, and networking events.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
**2. Sales Coordination**:
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to prospective students’ needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for training services, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
**3. Client Interaction**:
- Serve as the primary contact for students regarding training inquiries and ensure their needs are accurately assessed and met.
- Customize training solutions based on student requirements and feedback.
- Provide excellent post-enrolment support to ensure student satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
**4. Training Coordination**:
- Organize and schedule training sessions, including handling logistics, materials, and resources.
- Work with training teams to ensure content is relevant and effectively delivered.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and integrate student feedback for continuous improvement.
**5. Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, sales activities, and training outcomes.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking related to training programs.
**6. Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Use market research to inform strategies for student acquisition and training program development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or training coordination, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and enroll new students.
- Strong understanding of software training concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Standard office hours with flexibility to accommodate student needs or training schedules.
