**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Distributor Ledger Reconciliation**:

- Perform regular reconciliation of distributor accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Review ledgers, identify discrepancies, and follow up for resolution.
- **Sales Employees Performance Analysis**:

- Gather data from sales employees and analyze their performance based on targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in preparing performance reports for management review.
- **Debit & Credit Notes Settlement**:

- Process and maintain accurate records of debit and credit notes.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and distributors to ensure timely settlements.
- **Distributor Closing Stock Sheet**:

- Ensure the accuracy of distributor closing stock sheets by collecting and verifying inventory reports.
- Update management on the stock situation on a periodic basis.
- **Payments Follow-up**:

- Proactively follow up with distributors and customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and ensure compliance with payment schedules.
- **Orders Follow-up**:

- Keep track of orders placed by distributors and customers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the sales and operations team for timely order fulfillment.
- **Customer & Sales Employees Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and sales employees to address inquiries, provide updates on payments, orders, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
- **Credit Notes Printouts**:

- Prepare and print credit notes as required and ensure their accuracy before distribution.
- Coordinate with the finance team for record-keeping and timely distribution.

Any employee with FMCG based company will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferrable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
