**Economics Tutor (Micro & Macro) - Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop **individualized lesson plans** tailored to each student’s learning style and academic needs.
- Provide instruction and assist students with **homework, assignments, and exam preparation** to strengthen their understanding.
- Utilize **learning technology and resources** to enhance the tutoring experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Strong background in tutoring Economics**, with experience in AP, IB, or college-level **Microeconomics and Macroeconomics** preferred.
- Proficiency in **curriculum development** to create effective lesson plans.
- **Excellent communication skills** (verbal and written) to explain complex economic theories in an understandable way.
- Ability to **inspire and motivate students**, while maintaining patience and empathy throughout the learning process.
