Executive - Warehouse & Order Fulfilment

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Timely carry out daily inbound, outbound, loading & unloading of warehouse operations with quality assurance and accuracy.
- Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that order fulfilment status can be seen at a glance, including internal in-transit shipment tracking along with any other incoming orders.
- Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support & match dispatch timelines.
- Lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns
- Identify errors and eliminate root cause using appropriate countermeasures.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Deliver efficiencies to support operational cost -effectiveness.
- In conjunction with the Manager, implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement
- Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service
- Control & achieve full operational capacity and achieve daily warehouse targets
- Plan and maintain warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Ensure security of Warehouse environment, housekeeping standards and safety of workmen are maintained at all times.
- Carry out regular stock counts, monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded on daily basis to ensure accuracy and reconciliation in case of stock differences.
- Regularly Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum, excess levels and therefore prevent shortages and its timely replenishment.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage area in order & at optimum level.
- Maintain the management of supplier return packaging & its closing.
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in identifying, timely dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload at workmen level.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance from time to time.
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Maintain & preserve items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status on regular basis.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Maintain warehouse database & prepare required reports.
- Thorough understand and follow all warehouse and order fulfilment policies and procedures by adhering to compliances.
- Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage, packing, shipment and fulfilment of orders.
- Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records of required items.
- Periodically identify slow-moving and excess product and report the concerned manager.
- Maintain Documents of all related activities and completes forms and reports.
- Report & Disposal of waste Management as per set process.
- Assist in carrying & performing all audits and its reports.
- Perform all other related duties as directed by the Management.
