**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and manage stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet customer specifications.
- Address any discrepancies in orders promptly.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate team development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for staff.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic plans.
